Shoulder and Elbow

The Shoulder and Elbow Surgery Center at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is dedicated to educating future generations of shoulder and elbow surgeons; participating in innovative research; and providing patient care that improves function and quality of life for those affected by disorders of the shoulder and elbow.

Our physicians serve as consultants to many local physicians and perform both complex and revision surgery, in addition to treating common shoulder and elbow disorders.

The Center offers educational opportunities for undergraduate students, therapists, physician assistants, residents, fellows, international physicians and post-graduate medical education.  We specialize in advanced training in arthroscopic management of shoulder and elbow pathology in addition to joint replacement of the shoulder and elbow. We offer opportunities for international physicians seeking exposure to surgical management of shoulder and elbow disorders.

Please refer to our Areas of Research page for details on our ongoing research.
